GHOST MONK........................................................................................................................................
Ghosts in church?........................................yeah, there sure are!
This photo comes from Yorkshire, England and was shot in 1963, by Reverend Lord.
A tall, thin, dark cloaked figure can clearly be seen standing by the rail, of Newby Church.
"No one was there," says Reverend Lord, "When this photo was taken."
THE BROWN LADY..............................................................................................................................
Just another ghostly stroll down the stairway.
This photograph was shot in 1936, in Raynham Hall , located in Norfolk England. It is simply one of the GREATEST GHOST PHOTOS ever taken.
The ghost is supposedly of a woman named Dorothy, who lived back in the 1700's. Charles Townshend felt strongly that his wife was being unfaithful to him. The legend goes, that Charles faked his wife's death in 1726, so he could hold her prisoner, within the home for decades.
Dorothy is now referred to as the "Brown Lady" and walks the staircase at Raynham Hall seeking her freedom.
THE TULIP STAIRCASE GHOST.............................................................................................................
You never know what you are going to catch when taking those artful photos.
In this 1966 photo, the artful depiction of the elaborate staircase was the main focus. However, when the film was developed, what appears to be a spirit with arms out -stretched clutching the railing......CAN CLEARLY BE SEEN!
Experts at Kodak were said to have examined the negatives and their final determination, was that NO TAMPERING OF ANY KIND TOOK PLACE.
BACHELORS GROVE CEMETERY.........................................................................................................
We always knew this one...(cemeteries have ghosts.)
In August of 1991, this photo was shot by The Ghost Research Society, while investigating a notoriously haunted and abandoned, graveyard called Bachelors Grove Cemetery. The cemetery is located next to Rubio Woods Forest Preserve, and is close to Chicago Illinois.
Random shots were being taken of the graveyard. After the photos were developed, what had been an empty tombstone, now shows a slightly translucent woman, sitting with her hands resting between her legs!
With well over 100 different ghostly reports, most agree, Bachelor's Grove Cemetery, is the most haunted and active graveyard in the United States.
BACKSEAT GHOST..................................................................................................................
Who says ghosts don't hitch a ride?
This is a 1959 photo, taken by Mabel Chinnery, while on a visit to the graveyard, to see her mother's grave. Mrs. Chinnery took this photo, of her husband patiently waiting for her , in the car. Upon getting the film developed, a figure can be clearly seen in the back seat of the car. According to Mrs. Chinnry, the figure looks EXACTLY like her mother!
